  3. Have you read the Anastasia books, from the Ringing Cedars of Russia series? She talks a lot about cedar / pine trees, and how the nuts are beneficial to the body. Interesting reading.

    1. No, I haven’t read the Anastasia books. Thank you for the suggestion. The pine nuts are so nutritious, and the pinyon pine sap so medicinal and so aromatic. I love to place a cone in my toaster oven for a short time, and the smell of the sap on the cone permeates my home.
